Eligibility Conditions for admission:

Candidates seeking admission to the first year of the four years Engineering degree (B.E) Course, should have passed the two year of P.U.C Examinations (with Physics and Mathematics along with Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Electronics / Biology as Optional Subjects with English as one of the languages of study) conducted by the Pre-University Board of Karnataka State or any Other Examination recognized as equivalent by the Visvesvaraya Technological University(VTU) and should have obtained a minimum of 45% of marks in aggregate of optional subjects. In case of Candidates belonging to SC/ST & Category I (Karnataka Students Only), the minimum percentage of marks shall not be less than 40% in the optional subjects as per rules.

For Architecture(B.Arch) Course, the candidate should have passed Karnataka PUC / +2 or equivalent examination with Mathematics as a compulsory optional subject and obtained a minimum of 50% of marks in aggregate in all the subjects in the qualifying examination (45% of marks in case of candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes and Other Backward Classes (Category-1, 2A, 2B, 3A and 3B) and should compulsorily appear for NATA (National Aptitude Test in Architecture) and get a minimum of 40% in it (including SC,ST and other backward categories).

As per Govt. of Karnataka letter ED 267TEC 2007 dated 14-02-2008 and VTU circular no. VTU/ACA/OS-CIR/2007-08/2332 dated 28-02-2008, there is provision to admit Diploma holders (both Karnataka & Non Karnataka) to 1st year B.E course subject to availability of vacancies (i.e after filling vacant seats surrendered by CET to Management).Admission will be based on the marks obtained by the candidate in Diploma, provided he/she fulfils all other criteria for admission to B.E course.

Further as per the above mentioned letter and circular, provision also exists to admit B.Sc. graduates to 1st year B.E course subject to availability of vacancies (i.e after filling vacant seats surrendered by CET to Management).Admission will be based on the marks obtained by the candidate in B.Sc. degree, provided he/she fulfils all other criteria for admission to B.E course.

1. Rs.15,000/- per annum for poor and meritorious.

2. Rs.30,000/- per annum for other merit students.

recruited our students. Already 80% of the students passing out in the 2010 batch have been

placed. The remaining students are expected to be placed shortly.

* Copy of P U C (10+2) Marks Card.

* Copy of Transfer Certificate.

* Copy of Physical fitness Certificate issued by an MBBS Doctor.

* Copy of Migration Certificate for Non-Karnataka Students.

* Caste Income along with Sindhuthwa Pramana Patra in respect of Karnataka Candidates only.
